We accept returns only for items that are damaged, defective, or incorrect (made to order). Issues must be reported within 30 days of receipt with proof of purchase.
We do not accept returns for wrong size selection, change of mind, normal wear and tear, or final sale items. Refunds are processed to the original payment method within up to 10 business days.
EU customers have a 14-day cancellation right as per EU consumer protection laws.

Shipping Policy
Orders are processed within 2–5 business days (printing, quality checks, and packaging).
Estimated Delivery Times:
- United States: 5–7 business days
- International: 7–14 business days
Shipping fees are calculated at checkout. Customs duties and taxes are the customer's responsibility. Tracking information is provided via email — please allow up to 48 hours for updates.
FixoraSolutions is not responsible for incorrect addresses, lost/stolen packages, or customs delays. Damaged or incorrect items must be reported within 7 days of delivery with photos.
